Who sets the price?
Roomii may provide pricing guidance based on the item, market demand, and comparable listings. Final pricing depends on the listing type and approval process.
Is there a fee to list my furniture?
Listing is free. Fees are applied only when an item is successfully rented or sold through Roomii.
When do I get paid?
Payout timing depends on whether the item is rented or sold and on completion of the transaction process. Payment details are shared as part of the booking and fulfillment flow.
What if my furniture does not rent or sell right away?
Some items move faster than others depending on demand, seasonality, pricing, and market fit. Strong photos, accurate details, and competitive pricing can improve performance.

Do I need to prepare the item for pickup?
Yes. Items should be clean, accessible, and ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Any removable parts, hardware, or special instructions should be identified in advance.
Are items checked before pickup?
Items may be reviewed for visible condition, accuracy, and completeness before pickup is completed. Listings that do not match the submitted details may be delayed, updated, or declined.
Can I choose self-pickup instead of delivery?
No. Roomii currently coordinates delivery only and does not support self-pickup.

Yes, as long as it remains available and in the condition described. Once it is booked, it must be ready for pickup based on the scheduled timeline.

If your item is no longer available, please update your listing as soon as possible so the listing can be adjusted or removed.

Yes. If your item has not already been booked or sold, you can request to update or remove the listing.
